Location: 173 Thorn Hill Drive, Warrendale, PA 15086 Home Daily with our Fresh Produce Delivery Driver positions. Touch freight will be required. Client-facing customer service interactions. Early morning shifts available. Compensation: $21.50 - $26.50 per hour, plus additional incentives and overtime based on experience.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Local Delivery Truck Driver, you will run daily routes with multiple stops, handling packages and products. You will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficiently run delivery routes, meeting designated times. Unload products from the truck, placing them in designated storage areas at customer locations. Frequently lift, move, and stack products weighing 1-100 pounds. Verify deliveries with customers and obtain necessary signatures. Communicate discrepancies to management and handle customer complaints professionally. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections as per DOT regulations and Sysco policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: One year of route delivery experience or relevant driving experience preferred. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is highly preferred.

SKILLS

Ability to communicate effectively and handle simple arithmetic. Strong customer relations and problem-solving capabilities. Adaptability in various traffic and weather conditions. Proficient organization and time management skills.

OTHER INFORMATION

Must regularly lift products up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 80 lbs. Ability to climb onto the truck box and work in confined spaces is required.
