Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plays a critical role within the Finance organization, supporting the company's largest division and collaborating across divisions
  • P&L and balance sheet ownership for a core manufacturing division
  • Leads all financial forecasting, reporting.
  • Facilitates decision support across operations
  • Works with other teams to optimize product mix and financial performance within sales
  • Supports product management financial requirements and rebate agreement controls
  • Consolidates all financial planning and analysis
  • Oversees gross-to-net revenue accounting, customer rebate tracking
  • Drives improved sales and profitability reporting and consistent productivity tracking
  • Drives consistent financial processes across plant sites, including cost accounting, budgeting, and inventory costing
  • Tracks sales incentive compensation programs
  • Ensures compliant internal controls and SOX compliance
  • Identifies and implements performance-based metrics

Qualifications:

  • MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong decision support and modeling skills applied in operational settings
  • Developing performance-based metrics and scorecards
  • Solid planning and analytical skills (AOPs, forecasts, variance analysis, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and people development skills
  • Proficiency with financial and operational ERP systems
  • Moderate travel required (10-30 days/year)
  • May be required to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds
